Privacy policy

This policy covers Lykos Tech's apps, Tea-POS (tea-pos.lykostech.app) and Tea-Office (tea-office.lykostech.app), and this site. The apps are for the people who work in the stores they run; there is nothing to sign up for.
What we collect
- From Google, when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to know who you are and to show your name in the app. We do not get your password or anything else from your Google account.
- What you enter in the apps: the store's sales, orders, stock, shifts, expense claims and the photos you take for them.
- To keep the apps working: error reports, which screens were opened, the app version, and your IP address, used to find problems and to stop abuse.
Why
Only to run the apps for the business you work for: recording sales, paying staff, and fixing what breaks. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it for anything else.
Who else handles it
The apps run on trusted service providers that store or process data for us, and only to run the apps: hosting, the database and backups, sign-in (Google), and error reports. They may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
As long as the business you work for uses the apps. Backups are kept only for a short time, then deleted. Sign-in sessions end when you sign out or after a period without use.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@lykostech.app. Records the business must keep, such as sales, may stay without your name.
Cookies
The apps use one cookie, to keep you signed in. This site uses none.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
